Adem carried out this photoshoot prep in order to gain an understanding for future gaining & cutting phases with ambition's to compete. 

Joel was only 17 when he completed his body recomposition, as an extra motivator we booked a photoshoot on short notice and safe to say he hamered it.

Sam was an excellent client, she adhered to everything to obtain the look she has above for her photoshoot. 

Since then Sam has been able to go on and manage her own training without me.

Chris couldn't wait to get Cathy's fake tan on for his shoot where he proved that a busy dad of 2 and working full time isn't an excuse to neglect your health.

I completed my photoshoot around 3 years ago, since then I've done various other prep's including a show prep.
